Our Magnet Program

Magnet ProgramOur Gifted & Talented program incorporates two electives per day for students in grades one through five, and one elective per day for students in kindergarten.  Through our AIG Basics program, students identified as academically gifted are grouped for core instruction in English language arts and math at grades four and five, and offered curriculum acceleration and enrichment at grades K-3.  

Elective options include all visual and performing arts disciplines, specialized science and technology courses, focused math disciplines, video and print journalism, multiple literary genre studies, academic competitions, and foreign language study.  Check out our Magnet Program page for more information.
