Meet Our Principal, Chris Scott

Mr. Scott is a North Carolina native who has been a practicing educator for over 10 years in Wake, Watauga, and Guilford Counties. His teaching and supervisory experience covers elementary, middle, and high school, as well as the university level. Most recently, he served as the assistant principal at Hunter G/T Magnet Elementary School in Raleigh, NC. Mr. Scott is also in the process of completing the requirements for his doctorate degree from UNC—Chapel Hill, focusing on social justice and equity in public education. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors through hiking and backpacking. He also competes in the N.C. Triathlon Series. Mr. Scott is very excited about his appointment to Fuller G/T Magnet Elementary School and he looks forward to continued service to families and educators in the Wake County Public School System.
